Harvested from the hills within Willamette Valley comes this elegant hand-crafted Pinot Noir. The bright berry aromas and oak seasoning combine with soft supple tannins and a rich mid-palate filled with flavors of blackberry and cherry. All this comes together to create a graceful wine. The fruit was de-stemmed and cold soaked for 3 days before primary fermentation was induced. Two different yeast strains were used, in small, controlled, open top fermentations. This wine was aged in oak barrels for twenty four months.
