This fruit was sourced from Lewis Vineyard, a well-known vineyard in Columbia Valley Washington. The fruit was picked and crushed in late October. After destemming and cold soaking for 24 hours the juice was inoculated and fermented for nine days. The resulting wine then went into French Oak barrels, 1/3 new, where it aged for 28 months. The aromas of this wine show signs of dark fruit and earth tones, while the palate has bright fruit with gentle tannins and a soft finish.
