La Colina Vineyard, Dundee Hills

Willamette Valley, Oregon

This fruit was sourced from La Colina Vineyard, a well-known vineyard in the far west hills of Dundee. The fruit was picked and crushed in mid-September. After destemming and cold soaking for 24 hours the juice was inoculated and fermented for eight days. The resulting wine then went into French Oak barrels, 1/3 new, where it aged for 28 months. The aromas of this wine show signs of cherry fruit and earth tones alongside a gentle toast from the oak. The palate has bright fruit with gentle tannins and a soft finish.
