All Yamhill-Carlton fruit that was picked on the 20th of October in 2023. Fermented cold for almost 50 days, long and steady. The cold fermentation helped retain the aromas that this wine exhibits in the bottle. The aromas remind us of lemon custard, tart apple, and a little white peach. The palate has succulent acidity with tangy flavors along with an underlying mineral note that adds focus and length.
