Willamette Valley

This 2018 Pinot Gris was brought in from a beautiful vineyard in Salem, Oregon, named Settlers’ Hill. Harvested in a warmer season, the fruit came in with great acidity and sugar levels. Fermented cold for 20 days, we used a couple of different strains of yeast to help produce the flavor and fragrances that are portrayed in the glass. The aromas of the wine show signs of citrus and hints of tropical fruit. The palate has similar flavors along with a minerality note that leaves a nice clean, balanced finish.
