We have been fortunate to have worked with this vineyard for a few years now. Harvested in the middle of October we destemmed the grapes and soaked them for about 36 hours before inducing fermentation with a few different strains of our favorite yeast. After spending 22 months in a combination of new and used French oak barrels we have bottled for you this delicious Pinot Noir. The berry aromas and oak seasoning, combined with soft tannins and berry flavors all come together to create a graceful wine.
